If you like them (which you will!), you pay. If not, you don't! What won't we do? We will not remove any permanent objects, repair cracks, change paint colors, or anything else to hide imperfections or show the house in a way that is purposefully unnatural or deceptive. What can we do? When a camera takes a picture, light is bent, scattered, diffused. Colors loose their luster, and a haze hides the beauty that normally is there. It's why a photographer spend tens of thousands on the right camera and lighting to take the perfect picture. We gently life the haze, then add back in some of the highlights and emphasize the shadows. We then correct and optimize the color balances and then add in the lighting that ideally would have been there for the perfect picture. We also, super-enlarge the picture so that by hand and algorithm, we can remove any blurriness, dust or other imperfections that have occurred in the photographic process.
